What is CBHS Members Choice?

Oral healthcare can be costly, especially in emergencies. Smiles in Currambine has partnered with CBHS Health Fund to reduce the financial burden on patients. We are a proud CHBS Members Choice provider, which means you may have no gap in your dental cover if you’re an eligible member. We will provide you with flexible dental coverage if you hold an eligible health fund cover when you visit us.

The CBHS Choice Network is a collection of over 7,500 dental and optical providers dedicated to providing quality care to CBHS members while lowering or eliminating the Extras gap for optical care and preventative dentistry treatments. Formerly the Commonwealth Bank Health Society, it was established on 1 January 1951 by the Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) to provide cost-effective, high-quality healthcare to all CBA Group workers. CBHS Corporate Health is happy to serve members with affordable health insurance and deliver benefits when most needed. Eligible members do not have to pay anything for specific preventative dental treatments.

Claim processing is fast, simple, and efficient with CBHS Corporate Health. Smiles in Currambine and CBHS Health have made it simple and stress-free for you.

Step 1: Contact Smiles in Currambine to schedule an appointment.

Step 2: Come in for your appointment.

Step 3: Present your membership card to have your benefit automatically deducted from your bill. Smiles in Currambine is a CBHS Choice Network provider, so there may not be an out-of-pocket expense.

Eligibility Requirements for CBHS Members Choice

CBHS Health is a not-for-profit health fund serving current and former employees of the Commonwealth Bank Group (CBA Group) and contractors and franchisees of the CBA Group.

To be eligible for CBHS Members Choice, you have to be:

An Australian citizen or a permanent resident, and
A current or former employee of the CBA Group, a CBA Group franchisee, or a CBA Group contractor.
